Hillfoot is semi-detached cottage close to the village of Insh beside Loch Insh, near Kincraig and a few miles south of Aviemore in the Cairngorms National Park and can sleep five people in two bedrooms.

The accommodation is set mostly over the ground floor and includes a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a cosy sitting room with a dining area, a spacious and modern bathroom, as well as a useful shower room. There are two bedrooms; a king-size double is on the ground floor, and a pretty twin room can be found on the first floor. A handy snug room has its own TV and a single sofa bed. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a large garden at the front and at the rear there is a raised garden and a patio. Hillfoot is a a lovely holiday home in a fabulous area with beautiful scenery and a plethora of activities on hand.
